Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
We ship across Canada via Canada Post and regional carriers. Estimated transit time is 3–7 business days after processing.
Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD.
We ship to the United States via Purolator and Canada Post. Estimated transit time is 7–14 business days after processing.
Free shipping on orders over $150 USD.
Please note: US orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Due to the weight and nature of ready-to-drink products, shipping rates are calculated by weight at checkout.
Free shipping on Canadian orders over $150 CAD and US orders over $150 USD.
Local pickup is available at Rock Mountain Natural Farmworks Farm. Please allow 2–4 days for your order to be ready.
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please reach out and we will make it right.
