Provisions for subscriptions, pre-orders, and curated farm-to-table deliveries.
Enjoy repeat deliveries based on your selected frequency. Payment details are stored securely, and charges occur per delivery unless prepaid. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically for each billing cycle.
Subscribers may cancel at any time via order confirmation links or by contacting our concierge team. However, if cancelled within the first three months, the account will be charged for any discounts received and shipping costs incurred to cover the initial logistical support.
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel. You will receive a reminder notification prior to each renewal charge.
Managing Your Subscription: You may pause, skip deliveries, modify delivery frequency, or update payment information at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us directly.
Price Changes: We will provide you with advance notice of any subscription price changes. You will have the opportunity to accept the new price or cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
Purchase out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available products. We may collect a deposit or store your payment method to be charged upon fulfillment. You may cancel partially paid pre-orders prior to fulfillment; thereafter, our standard return policy applies.
Estimated Delivery: We will provide an estimated delivery date or timeframe for all pre-order products. If no specific date is provided, we have a reasonable belief the product will ship within 30 days of your order.
Delays & Right to Cancel: If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order within the promised timeframe, we will notify you of a revised shipment date and your right to cancel the order for a full refund of any amounts paid.
Payment Authorization: By placing a pre-order, you authorize us to charge your stored payment method when the product becomes available and is ready to ship.
All payment information is stored securely by Shopify in compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). We do not have access to your complete credit card information after it has been entered. Your payment details are encrypted and protected.
If a subscription payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again. You will be notified of the failed payment and given an opportunity to update your payment information. If payment cannot be processed after multiple attempts, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
Subscription orders and pre-orders are subject to our standard Refund Policy. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details on returns, exchanges, and refund eligibility for delivered products.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue subscription offerings or pre-order products at any time. Active subscribers will be notified of any material changes to their subscription terms with reasonable advance notice.
