Steeping Temperatures:
- Inspired by the Green Tea Process: Temp: 70 -80C
- Inspired By the Oolong Tea Process: Temp: 80-90C
- Inspired By the Black Tea Process: Temp: 80-90C
Steep time: 3-5 min or longer as it never gets bitter! The longer you steep the better it tastes!

This natural, "super greens" tastes mellow, fresh, light and delicious. I steeped it extra long to get all the flavour possible - wonderful! And it even looks clean and natural in my mug, with a lovely rosy hue. I love that I can drink it all day long, including in the evening because it contains no caffeine.

I find the Scarlet Sunrise tea has a lovely, smooth, slightly floral flavour. It's delicate and comforting. I just received by refill and it came in their great cylinders. They're easy to store, nicely designed for storage on the counter and keep the tea fresh.
