Shipping policy
From our farm to your door—meticulously packaged and delivered with care.
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
We ship our dry infusions across Canada using Canada Post and select regional carriers. Most orders arrive within approximately 3–7 business days after processing.
Free shipping on eligible dry infusion orders of $75 CAD or more.
Shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds may differ for remote and higher-cost delivery areas.
Standard British Columbia shipping starts at $9 CAD.
Free shipping on eligible dry infusion orders of $75 CAD or more.
Remote British Columbia destinations may have higher shipping rates. Free shipping for eligible remote BC orders begins at $125 CAD.
For Atlantic Canada, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and certain remote destinations, Canada Post rates apply and are calculated at checkout.
We ship dry infusions to the United States. Available shipping services and rates are shown at checkout based on your destination and order.
Please note free shipping is not currently available on US orders.
Any applicable duties, taxes, import charges, or customs fees will be shown or collected where available during checkout. Additional charges imposed by customs or the carrier remain the responsibility of the customer.
Our online shipping program is currently for Tea’d Greens™ dry infusions. Ready-to-drink beverages are not available for online shipping.
Local delivery is available within our designated Boundary-area delivery zone, including Osoyoos to Rock Creek, for a flat $5 CAD delivery fee where available at checkout.
Local pickup is available at Rock Mountain Natural Farmworks Farm. Please allow 2–4 days for your order to be ready.
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and we will help resolve it.
