Over the past few months, I've been serving the Spiced Chai variety in my ceramics classes. It has become a hit with all my students. Spice Chai is exactly the right blend of refreshing and uplifting greens with that lovely edge of spices.

The hibiscus cherry drink is very refreshing without being too sweet or tasting processed. It would be easy to drink 2 or 3 a day.
