Our story

We knew how to make greens. We wanted to make them worth looking forward to.

Years ago, we were the largest greens manufacturer in North America, specializing in barley juice powder. Then we began asking what the leaf could become before it was milled.

The founders of Natural Farmworks

Experience came first

Before Tea’d Greens, there were years in the field.

We grew, harvested and processed at commercial scale. We learned to read the crop by sight, touch and aroma—and to know when it was ready.

A personal experience with Crohn’s disease made ingredient quality matter even more. But it was our manufacturing experience that gave us the confidence to rethink the format.

We knew how to make powder. We wanted to create something people would choose for the flavour.

The question that changed everything

What if we treated the leaf with the care traditionally used to craft tea?

Not to imitate tea. To bring forward the leaf’s own aroma, smoothness and depth.

Freshly harvested crop being carefully crafted

The first cup gave us the answer

The flavour was there from the beginning.

From there, we refined each blend by taste, building six distinct profiles with botanicals, spices and fruit.

The detailed craft belongs on our How It’s Made page. The reason behind it is simple: every decision must serve the cup.

What it became

One idea. Two ways to drink it.

Still rooted here

The farm is still where the story begins.
