Introduction
This London Fog Super Greens Latte is smooth, lightly citrusy, and quietly elegant. Made with Tea’d Greens Golden Terroir, vanilla, and creamy milk, it delivers the familiar comfort of a classic London Fog with a cleaner, lighter finish. It’s refined without being fussy and easy to enjoy any time of day.
Ingredients
• 1 Tea’d Greens Earl Grey pyramid bag
or 1 to 2 tablespoons loose Tea’d Greens Earl Grey
• ½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
• ½ cup cream (dairy or plant-based)
• ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
• Honey or sweetener to taste (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Heat the Milk
Combine the milk and cream in a small saucepan.
Warm gently over medium-low heat until hot but not boiling.
If using a sweetener, stir it in now until fully dissolved.
Remove from heat.
Step 2: Infuse the Earl Grey
Add the Tea’d Greens Earl Grey directly to the warm milk mixture.
Steep for 3 to 5 minutes for a lighter flavour or up to 10 minutes for a more pronounced citrus and bergamot note.
Remove the tea bag or strain loose greens.
Step 3: Finish the Latte
Stir in the vanilla extract.
Froth using a milk frother, whisk, or blender until smooth and lightly foamy.
Cold Version
Let the infused mixture cool completely in the refrigerator.
Once chilled, blend with ice or 1 to 2 dates until smooth and lightly frothy.
Why This Recipe Works
Tea'd Greens Earl Grey brings soft citrus and floral notes without bitterness. Because the greens are infused rather than blended, the latte stays smooth and balanced, with no heaviness or grit. The result is a comforting drink that feels indulgent yet easy to return to.
