Ingredients
• 3 grams loose Scarlet Sunrise or 2 tea bags
• 250 ml hot water
• 1½ tablespoons organic cherry juice
• Ice cubes
• Lemon slice for garnish
• Fresh mint leaves optional
• Optional sweetener to taste
Instructions
Step 1 Brew the Scarlet Sunrise
Bring water to a boil, then allow it to cool for 2 to 3 minutes. Steep Scarlet Sunrise for as long as possible while the water cools, allowing the hibiscus and rose petals to fully release their colour and flavour.
Step 2 Chill
Once steeped, strain if needed and refrigerate until fully chilled.
Step 3 Add Cherry and Serve
Stir in organic cherry juice. Fill glasses with ice and pour the chilled infusion over top. Garnish with lemon or mint if desired.
Serving Tip
Serve over ice for a crisp finish. For a slightly sweeter profile, add a small amount of honey or your preferred sweetener after chilling.
