Tea’d Greens are made from young cereal greens grown on our BC farm, then processed using traditional tea-style methods. Through controlled oxidation, the leaf naturally changes — developing flavour, aroma, and measurable nutritional compounds.

Green Style
Fresh, light, and clean. Minimal transformation helps preserve the bright character of the young leaf.

Oolong Style
Partially transformed. This stage develops a smoother, more balanced infusion with deeper complexity.

Black Style
Fully transformed. A deeper, richer style where amino acid development becomes especially notable.
