I hope this message finds you doing well. It’s hard to believe that much of the summer is now behind us.

Summer for us is always our busiest time of year. The fields on the farm require soil prep and our weekly seeding and harvesting schedule doesn’t let up until the cooler weather approaches in September.

With the fall season in sight, we have had many conversations internally about where we want to focus our resources. The common denominator in the discussions always centers on you, our customers. What could we be doing better? Which projects that we have in development would best suit the health needs of our customers?

As a vertically integrated company that manufactures our products from the ground up, we have the flexibility to pivot to align more closely with what our customers are seeking.

This is evidenced by the recent launch of a ready-to-drink version of our tea — creating a tasteful, healthy beverage with only real ingredients. It took some development but so far, the feedback has been great… who knew getting a serving of greens could be enjoyed sip by sip?

It seems far too often that consumers’ voices are not heard. We want to give our customers a voice. What follows is a short survey that asks you to tell us what you think. Is there something we could do better? Is there something that could make your experience with our company smoother? Is there a product that you would like to see us offer? The survey results will be shared once they are all received. Your responses can either be anonymous or you can attach your name.
