or 1 to 2 tablespoons loose Tea’d Greens Clean Green
• 1 cup hot water
• 1 scoop unflavoured pea protein isolate
• ½ frozen banana
• ½ cup frozen pineapple or mango
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds
• Ice as needed

Instructions
