Throughout the growing season, we follow strict organic practices—no synthetic pesticides, no chemical fertilizers, just clean soil, mountain water, and careful attention. This ensures every leaf is as pure as nature intended.
Harvest timing is critical. We cut our greens at the young leaf stage, before they seed, when their flavor is mild and their nutrition is at its peak. This window is brief, and we harvest by hand to preserve leaf integrity.
On-farm processing happens within hours of harvest. We slow-dry the leaves to preserve their vibrant green color and nutrient profile, then hand-blend them to create balanced, gut-friendly infusions. Every batch is crafted with intention.
Finally, we package each blend in small batches to ensure freshness and complete traceability. From the field where it grew to the cup where you steep it, we control every step.
