Immersion Sunday
For select Sundays each month, we open our fields and processing facility for a small group immersion. This is not a casual walk through. It is a guided, behind the scenes experience of how our super greens move from field to infusion.
You will walk the land. Step inside our on farm processing facility. Participate in seasonal harvest or packaging. Then settle into the Heritage House for a guided tasting.
You will finish the experience by filling and sealing your own full-size cylinder to take home.

Immersion Sunday is held on our working super greens farm in the South Okanagan. This is not a staged tour. It is a guided experience through the land, the processing facility, and the Heritage House where we host our tastings.
We grow here. We harvest here. We process here.
You will see the full farm to infusion process in one afternoon.

When complete, guests staying with us will receive Immersion Sunday access for two included with their stay.

What You Will Experience

Small Group Sundays
Held on select Sundays each month. A minimum of six guests is required for each session to proceed.
If fewer than six are reserved, bookings are moved to the next date. This keeps the experience intimate and intentional.
