Piña Colada Earl Grey Refresher

A chilled, tropical whole-leaf infusion that pairs Earl Grey’s bergamot and roasted-orange character with coconut water and just enough pineapple to brighten the glass.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tea’d Greens™ Earl Grey pyramid sachet, or 1 tablespoon loose leaf
  • 250 ml organic coconut water, sweetened or unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon organic pineapple juice, to taste
  • Honey or other sweetener, optional

Method

1. Cold-infuse the Earl Grey

Add the Earl Grey directly to the coconut water in a jar or pitcher. If using loose leaf, use an infuser or strain afterward. Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes.

2. Strain

Remove the pyramid sachet or loose leaves once the flavour is where you want it.

3. Add pineapple

Stir in the pineapple juice a little at a time, tasting as you go. Add sweetener only if desired.

Serve

Pour over ice and garnish with a small pineapple wedge or a light sprinkle of coconut.

The goal is balance: Earl Grey should still be recognizable beneath the tropical notes. Start with the smaller amount of pineapple juice and build from there.
