Piña colada inspired Earl Grey super greens refresher with coconut and pineapple

Introduction

This Piña Colada Earl Grey Super Greens Refresher is smooth, lightly tropical, and unexpectedly elegant. Made with Tea’d Greens Grey, coconut, and a hint of pineapple, it brings together soft citrus notes with creamy coconut for a refreshing drink that feels indulgent without being heavy.

It’s bright, clean, and perfect served cold.

Ingredients

• 1 Tea’d Greens Earl Grey pyramid bag
or 1 tablespoon loose Tea’d Greens Earl Grey
• 250 ml water
• ¼ cup organic coconut flakes (sweetened or unsweetened)
• 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon organic pineapple juice, to taste
• Honey or sweetener to taste (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Infusion
Combine the water and coconut flakes in a jar or pitcher.
Add the Tea’d Greens Golden Terroir.
Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow the flavours to gently infuse.

Step 2: Strain
The next day, strain out the coconut flakes and remove the tea bag or loose greens.

Step 3: Finish the Drink
Stir in pineapple juice, adjusting to your preferred level of tropical sweetness.
Add honey if desired and mix well.

Serving Tip

Serve chilled over ice for a refreshing finish.
Garnish with a slice of pineapple or a light sprinkle of coconut flakes if you like.

Why This Recipe Works

Earl Grey soft citrus notes pair naturally with coconut and pineapple, creating a flavour that feels tropical but balanced. Because the greens are infused rather than blended, the drink stays light, smooth, and easy to sip with no grit or heaviness.
